AUDREY ABUAN - RE/MAX Real Estate REALTOR®
Prince Charles Edmonton is a mature community in northwest portion of the city. It is located along side 121 Street and 127 Street between Yellowhead and 118 Avenue. Prince Charles was first subdivided in 1905 and annexed in 1910. Early Prince Charles development was spurred by the construction of an electric street car line which once ran to its southern border; the area was named in honour of the Prince of Wales. The biggest attraction in the Prince Charles is the super friendly neighbors.
Prince Charles real estate offers some of the sweetest character properties in Edmonton, dating back to the 1920's. This is a primarily residential area and is characterized by small households and generally older residents which is currently changing with newer duplex style homes. The two condo complexes in Prince Charles are Airways Park Estates and Foxborough. Other homes for sale near Prince Charles Edmonton can be found in Sherbrooke, Dovercourt and the Westmount Area.
