About Meyonohk Edmonton Properties

Meyonohk Edmonton is a favorite neighborhood in the north Edmonton for DND members with less than a ten minute commute to CFB Garrison. Klarvatten is Swedish for "clear water". One of the major features of Klarvatten is a large storm water lake and wetland lake located in the east central part. The storm water lake provides residents with access to an attractive outdoor amenity and provides some recreation space within the community.

 

Real estate in Meyonohk began to first experience residential construction in the late 1980s, but over 50% of residential construction took place in the 2000s. There are five condominium complexes in Klarvatten Edmonton which are Keys At Lago Lindo, Lake View Place, Klarvatten Lakeview Green, Lakeview Terrace Townhomes and Mirra At Poplar Lake.
