Includes homes for sale in Beacon Heights, Bergman, Beverly Heights and Rundle Heights which in the easly 1900's was known as the Village of Beverly and was rich in coal and mining developement. Its northern boundary was located north of the Canadian National main line.

This area is bounded by 82 Street to the west, 137 Avenue to the south, 66 Street to the east, and 153 Avenue to the north. Londonderry has a fairly even mix of residential and commercial land uses.

Casselman-Steele Heights is located in the southwest portion of Edmonton's northeast sector, bounded by 66 Street to the west, 153 Avenue to the north and 137 Avenue to the south and runs along the Manning freeway. Most residential real easte in the Casselman-Steel Heights area consists of middle class detached homes.

Clareview is located in the south-central portion of Edmonton's northeast sector. The Clareview area is bouded by the Kennedale Ravine with several walking and hiking trails and offers it's residence several shopping amenities and easy access to the Edmonton's Light Rail Transit.

In 1875 an Anglican minister built a church, home and hospital which he called the Hermitage, a name which is now used to describe the three neighbourhoods in this area. Much of the land was agricultural until 1960 and development began in the late 1970s, a mixture of single-family homes, row housing and apartment buildngs. The Hermitage area is bounded by 50 Street, 130 Avenue and the Kennedale Ravine.
