About Hazeldean Edmonton Properties

Hazeldean Edmonton is a favorite neighborhood near Argyll in south east Edmonton. Hazeldean is located on an area identified as the land holding of I. Irvine, W. Ogilvie and C. Anderson by the first river lot and township surveys of the Edmonton Settlement which was annexed to the City of Strathcona in 1907.The Doctor Gerald Zetter Care Centre, a hospital, is also located in Hazeldean.

 

Real estate developement in Hazeldean originally occured from the ealy 1900's to mid 70's. Over the last decade, several of the homes in Hazeldean have been torn down and replaced with modern homes and properties. Single family dwellings range from starter, move up to luxury homes.
