Houses in the Lessard Edmonton area are located south of Callingwood Road, between the North Saskathchewan River and Anthony Henday Drive. With the exception of the Valley Zoo Area, Lessard is the most elite district in West Edmonton. Cameron Heights, Donsdale and Gariepy all touch the River Valley and offer incredible scenery year round. Both Cameron Heights and Wedgewood Heights are tucked away with a single access road, eliminating all traffic except local residence.

There are six communities in the Lessard Area - Gariepy, Dechene, Donsdale, Wedgewood Heights, Cameron Heights and Jamieson Place. Real Estate Prices vary in each area. Jamieson Place, sometimes reffered to as "Lessard" is the least expensive and Cameron Heights, the newest district, the most expensive. The main style of properties in the Lessard are are single family up scale houses and luxury homes.
