Southgate, Century Park Area Homes

The Southgate Area, also known as the Duggan area,  was once considered "the south side of Edmonton" (now part of southwest Edmonton real estate zones) includes homes for sale in real estate zone 16, in Aspen Gardens, Duggan, Greenfield, Rideau Park, Royal Gardens and Westbrook Estate. Similar to the Greater University Area, dwelling here were made for the affluent during Edmonton's real estate boom in the 70's providing families with easier access to the white mud creek ravine.
