The Southgate Area, also known as the Duggan area,  was once considered "the south side of Edmonton" (now part of southwest Edmonton real estate zones) includes homes for sale in real estate zone 16, in Aspen Gardens, Duggan, Greenfield, Rideau Park, Royal Gardens and Westbrook Estate.
