Kaskitayo Edmonton Area Homes

Homes in the Steinhaur and Sweet Grass communities features the most mature properties in the Kaskitayo Area, constructed during the 1970's and were some of Edmonton's first developments to eliminate back alley access. During this era, houses in the Kaskitayo Area were marketed to Edmonton's affluent by producing several detached houses with over 3500 sqaure feet of living space.

 

The newest and most expensive houses can be found tucked away in the southwest sector surrounded by beautifl ravines located in Blue Quill Estates and Twin Brooks. The least expensive homes in the Kaskitayo Edmonton Area can be found near the new Century Park LRT in Ermineskin and Keheewin. There are only three condominium complexes in Kaksitayo built after the turn of the century. The Monticello in Blue Quill, Regent Century Park and age restricted Californian Casa in Ermineskin..
