Duggan Area Houses

The central south Edmonton Duggan area includes houses for sale in Aspen Gardens, Duggan, Greenfield, Rideau Park, Royal Gardens and Westbrook Estate. Most of the homes in Duggan consist of bungalow style houses which were constructed during a real estate boom in Edmonton during the 1970's. The Duggan area, which was once considered "the south side of Edmonton" includes homes for sale in real estate zone 16 located in the Southgate area and the south Edmonton, Southgate LRT, close to Kaskitayo.

Kaskitayo Houses

Kaskitayo is in the central south portion of the city. This south Edmonton area includes houses for sale in Bearspaw, Blue Quill, Blue Quill Estates, Ermineskin, Keheewin, Skyrattler Steinhauer, Sweet Grass and Twin Brooks. Houses in Kaskitayo Edmonton were constructed near the end of an Edmonton real estate boom and were developed for the elite home buyer. Unlike any other district, Kaskitayo features a minimum of two open green spaces and parks in each community. The St. Joeseph's Auxilary Hopital, Kinsmen Twin Arenas, William Lutsky YMCA and the newer Century Park LRT also form part of the Kaskitayo area.

Riverbend Houses

Includes homes for sale in Brander Gardens, Brookside, Bulyea Heights, Carter Crest, Falconer Heights, Henderson Estates, Ogilvie Ridge, Ramsay Heights and Rhatigan Ridge. Riverbend is one of the most desirable places to live in Edmonton with several homes backing onto ravine trails offer back yard privacy. The Riverbend area is an awesome semi-prestigious district located between two river vallies, keeping home owners active and close to mother nature ad making Riverbend Edmonton a prime location to invest. South Edmonton's real estate zone fifteen consists of several communities.
