About Rhatigan Ridge Edmonton Properties

Rhatigan Ridge Edmonton is a favorite neighborhood in the Edmonton Riverbend area. Rhatigan Ridge is located between Haddow (Terwillegar Area) and Ramsay Heights along the river Valley and forms part of Old Riverbend and real estate zone 14. It is named after Thomas Rhatigan, an area farmer who was proclaimed "World Oat King" at Toronto's Royal Winter Fair in 1953. The biggest attraction in Rhatigan Ridge is the incredible footbridge which leads to West Edmonton.

 

Real estate in Rhatigan Ridge were originally constructed as early as 1960 for wealthy young families, thus having several attractive crescents and cul-de-sacs. There is only one condominium complex in Rhatigan Ridge at 882 Ryan Place. These townhomes are similiar to todays "Mosaic Homes" with the double attached garages.
