Parkallen Edmonton is a popular neighborhood which runs along the University of Alberta Farm and 109 STreet, north of 61 Avenue with a short commute north to the University. Real estate in Parkallen dates mostly to the 1949-1954. Recently several of the houses in Parkallen have been replaced by larger executive homes. There are four condo complex in Parkallen along 112 street which include Beau Park, Park One East and west and Parkallen Pointe.
