Houses in the Lessard Edmonton area are located south of Callingwood Road, between the North Saskathchewan River and Anthony Henday Drive. With the exception of the Valley Zoo Area, Lessard is the most elite district in West Edmonton. Both Cameron Heights and Wedgewood Heights are tucked away with a single access road, eliminating all traffic except local residence.
