Properties in the West Edmonton Mall Area are located west of 170 Street and north of Whitemud Drive. Most of the homes near West Edmonton Mall are a mix of bungalows with detached garages and larger two-storey homes with attached garages and colossal back yards in Belmead and Aldergrove.
