 Valley Zoo Area Homes - West Edmonton

The Valley Zoo area is located on the west side of the Saskatchewan River from Groat Road to Whitemud Drive and offer some pretty amazing river valley views. There is an off leash dog park, the Edmonton rowing club and three parks in the Valley Zoo Edmonton district -  Mackinnen, Sir Wilfrid and Buena Vista Parks.

 

There are four communities in the Valley Zoo Area - Crestwood, Laurier Heights, Parkview and Glenora and form real estate zones 10 and 11. In this part of West Edmonton, you will find some of Edmonton's most expensive real estate. The average price of a home for sale in the Edmonton Valley Zoo area is about $800,000. There are only six condominium complexes in the Valley Zoo Edmonton Areawhich are the popluar Crescent Place Glenora high-rise at 13910 Stony Plain Road, Crestwood Court, Gables of Glenora, Glenora Skyline, Parkview Townhouse and the Valleyview.
