Lewis Estates Area Homes - West Edmonton

Homes in the Lewis Estates are located west of the Anthony Henday and north of Whitemud Drive.In the early 1990's when development first started in Lewis Estates, the focus was to accommodate Edmonton's aging population by offering several bungalow style properties and upscale condominiums near the Lewis Estate golf course. During the "Best Oil Years", the population in Edmonton exploded as well as the demand for new housing, thus an extention of Lewis Estates was created offering a deverse housing area. Lewis Estates was developed in four phases. Breckenridge Greens and Potter Greens are the most mature communities, followed by Suder Greens, Secord and Webber Greens. Stewart Greens was the next development and the newest phase of Lewis Estates is Rosenthal.Lewis Estates is sometimes referred to as "Lewis Farms"


There are seven communities in the Lewis Estates Area - Breckenridge Greens, Potter Greens, Rosenthal, Secord, Stewart Greens, Suder Greens and Webber Greens which form the north portion of real estate zone 58. Houses for sale in the Lewis Estates Area in West Edmonton are mostly two-storey homes with double attached garages built form 1992 - 2017. An average price for a detached house is about $475,000. Grande Lewis Estates at 279 Suder Greens Drive and the age restricted, rooftop deck Lodge at Lewis Estates are the largest condominium complexes in this district.
