Grange Area Homes - West Edmonton

The Grange area is located west of the Anthony Henday Drive and South of Whitemud Drive. Living in the Grange Area is like living in a sub community of West Edmonton Mall. The newest and up coming communities in the Grange Area include the Edgemont and Riverview communities. The Grange was established in 1998 through Edmonton City Council's adoption of The Grange Area Structure Plan, which allowed real estate development to start at the turn of the century.

 

There are three communities in the Grange Area - Granville, Hamptons and Glastonbury which form part of real estate zone 58. Homes for sale in the Grange have a small annual home owners fee which is applied to each residence in order to maintained all of the Grange's landscaped eye candy and community water features, painting fences on the main roads and maintaining flower gardens on the street islands. The Grange offers a residential mix of starter homes, duplexes, condominiums, move up properties and luxury houses. Glastonbury is the oldest community in the grange with homes constructed between 1999-2005, followed by the Hamptons. The newest neighborhood in the Grange Area is Edgemont, West Edmonton.
