About Hamptons Edmonton

Hamptons Edmonton is a favorite neighborhood in West Edmonton, forms part of the Grange Area and real estate zone 58. It is located south of Glastonbury and Granville and north of the new community of Edgemont. It is near to Whitemud Drive near the River Cree Resort and Casino, a new Costco, many other shopping amenities and only a five minute commute to West Edmonton Mall.

Hamptons Edmonton Properties

Real estate in Hamptons is mainly a residential community, approximately twenty-five percent of single family homes are duplexes which makes for a great investment when purching your first property. There are a few bi-levels for sale in the Hamptons, but the majority of homes are detached two-storey properties. There are four condominium complexes located within the Hamptons. Mosaic Meadows on Hemingway Road Mosaic Parkland Townhomes at 5604 199 Street, apartment style Park Place Hamptons Condos at 5340 199 Street and Park Place South Hamptons.  Other homes for sale near the Hamptons in the Grange Area include properties in Granville, Glastonbury, Ormsby Place, Wedgewood Heights, Jamieson Place and Edgemont Edmonton.
