- Have there been any recent drug busts, break and enters or other community crimes you should be aware of?
- How much was the banks property appraisal?
- Is the property staged to avoid any defects?

- Was your REALTORS® CMA inline with the asking price?

August 2016 was pretty quiet for real estate in Beaumont. There were a total of 20 homes sold listed on the MLS® (Realtor® Multiple Listing Service) with the average days on market at 53 days.


The two condominiums sold in Beaumont this month included one in Goudreau Heights and the other in Village De Mirabellew.


There were a total of 18 houses sold in Beaumont. Citadel Ridge, Eaglemont Heights, Forest Heights, Montrose Estates, Place Chaleureuse and Beaumont Lakes each had one home sell. Dansereau Meadows and Montalet had two single family homes sell. Coloniale Estates took the lead with month with three happy homes sellers.
