About Rossdale Edmonton Properties

Rossdale is one of Edmonton's oldest neighbourhoods, in 1802 Rossdale featured two fur trading forts and was a key supply point during the Klondike Gold Rush. It was the original home of the exhibition grounds and the site of a brewery, ice house, lumber yard, power plant, and coal mine. Rossdale Edmonton is a short distance to the west of the neighbourhood, along River Valley Road, are the Victoria Golf Course, Victoria Park, and the Royal Glenora Club.

 

Real estate in Rossdale began in the early 1800's, but today most homes are luxury and executive real estate constructed after the 1980's.
