About Larkspur Edmonton Properties

Larkspur Edmonton is a newer neighborhood in the meadows area. Larkspur was named after an ornamental wildflower plant that blooms in many colours. All neighbourhoods in the Meadows area are named after plants and flowers. A pipeline corridor runs the north to south length of the neighbourhood, which has been transformed into a linear park through Larkspur.

 

Real estate in Larkspur began developing in the late 1980s, and was still actively under construction in the 2000s. There are only four condominium complexes in Larkspur Edmonton which are Aspen Meadows, Summerhill Glens, Larksour Amberwood Village and Summerhill Meadows. Other homes for sale in the meadows near Larkspur include properties in Jackson Heights, Maple Ridge, Kiniski Gardens, Minchau, Wild Rose and Tamarack.
